TADS handles admissions, enrollment, and billing. Educate is where you find reports, forms, and communications, plus calendars and other information. Families applying for Tiered Tuition in Kindergarten through Grade 8 use Ravenna Financial Aid. If you are unsure which platform holds a document, the office can point you to it.
Two calendars cover the school year. The Grace Farm calendar lists dates for PreK, Kindergarten, and Grades. The Sweet Clover Nursery calendar lists dates for the nursery program. They are separate, so check the one that matches your child's program before you plan a trip or a day off. Ask the office if you need a printed copy or have a question about a date.
Gear Lists help your family prepare for school. Each class teacher may request additional gear as they see fit for their class, so check with your teacher before buying. Start with the list, then ask what else your child needs for the season.
Drop off and pick up locations are set by the class teacher and shared with families directly. Watch for that message before the first day, and ask the teacher if anything is unclear.
